Recently, ceramic heating coils and heating technology are adapted to atomizers by vape companies.

At present, regular heating coils of atomizers are consist of cotton, silica, rayon and etc. Ceramic heating coils are made of porous ceramic materials; and there is a layer of metallic membrane attached to the bottom, come in contact with e-liquid. And the ceramic coil heaters are working as electrical conductor.

As known, ceramic coil heaters will improve 25% more vaporization than cotton ones; and better consistency. The new technology can highly improve the heating efficiency. Moreover , it will save 20% power to prolong the life-span of vape batteries.

Before being brought to the market, the new technology will experience a series of test, including vaporizing hazardous substances tests, safety test of heating materials, shorten life-span tests and corrosion tests.
