Vape and e-liquid suppliers are required to establish adverse information system

News from EU that EU members should require the manufacturers and traders to establish an adverse information system for vapes and e-liquid. The system will be used to collect the information of harmful effects on human by vapes or e-liquid. And they will do daily information updating and routine maintenance as well.

If any business dealer find out their products are unsafe or unqualified or inconformity of TPD, no matter the products are already in the market or about to launching in market, they need to do correction according to TPD or product recalls.
